This project was the second phase of a roadway reconstruction project that provided a bypass option for commercial and through traffic traveling past Twin Falls, Idaho. Work included approximately 6 miles of a fully reconstructed farm road into a new 4 lane highway, 4 miles of frontage roads, a 4 lane 3-span steel girder bridge with a cast in place deck 150 feet above Rock Creek, 3 precast box culverts, various sizes of irrigation pipes, culverts and siphons, headwalls and other small irrigation structures.

The flyover was a single lane, 2 span, pre-stressed box girder bridge approximately 268 feet long with approximately 12,000 square feet of MSE retaining walls.
