US-93; Caliente, NV

Working with the Nevada Department of Transportation, WW Clyde was contracted to perform a 15-mile-long improvement project to upgrade the existing asphalt on U.S. Highway 93 (Great Basin Highway) from Minnie Street north of Caliente to Panaca, NV, north of State Route 319 in Lincoln County. The project consisted of grinding off the top layer of the deteriorated asphalt pavement and replacing this removed layer with 40k tons of new hot mix asphalt (HMA) creating an improved and safe driving surface.
