Safety Always
At WW Clyde, we are committed to high safety standards because we value people. Our commitment to health and safety includes not only our crews but also our partners, clients, and community members. WWC maintains a robust safety program with dedicated safety staff that support all of our projects. We build safety into our culture because our ultimate goal is always “Safety Always.”
In order to maintain this culture of safety, all employees have a part in incident prevention, safety of fellow workers, and enforcement of all safety requirements and procedures. We build safety into the work through daily morning safety talks, toolbox trainings, and job hazard analyses, ahead of work activities. Through proper planning and continuous communication, we eliminate safety hazards and prevent damage, injury, and loss to our employees, subcontractors, consultants, and other project participants.
Accountability and Safety
Safety is a responsibility we all share. At WW Clyde, it’s our prerogative to ensure our people operate with the highest standards of safety. Our company culture has cemented in a motto that minimum standards aren’t enough – we always take the extra steps to protect the health and happiness of our employees and the local community. We strive for “Safety Always.”
Through regular corporate and on-site safety training, each WW Clyde team member is reminded of their personal accountability to speak up for themselves, their co-workers, project partners and the surrounding community in any situation where they fear a safety concern. Our employees are recognized for identifying and submitting ideas for improved safety on all types of projects.

Safety in the Details
Our Comprehensive Incident Prevention Program is regularly updated to conform with our high standard of job site safety. Investing in Safety
Acquiring the top safety professionals in the industry is a key part of our commitment to safety. With 75 years of combined experience, our Safety Department brings extensive safety knowledge and program know-how to the organization. Our team includes OSHA Construction Outreach Trainers, MSHA Approved Instructors, and Certified Safety Professionals.
OUR DRIVERS’ SAFETY
WW Clyde is taking a big step forward in its goal to keep employees safe with an investment in safety cameras on the front of its commercial vehicles. These cameras will provide both external and internal views of the driving process. This will protect team members by bringing more attention to driving habits and exonerating them for not-at-fault accidents. They will be seamlessly integrated across Clyde Companies’ enterprise technology systems.
