This first segment of the new Pueblo Freeway, this design-build project for CDOT replaces two outdated bridges on I-25 and lengthens interchange ramps, providing safer transitions and better visibility. Here, Scott Contacting is providing and placing over a million tons of embankment material, with fills up to forty feet. In addition, Scott is providing utility realignment and placing 20,000 tons of road base for the new highway.
