After successfully providing 15 acres of concrete paving to the Vestas Blades Brighton facility, IHC Scott was asked to install utilities, and grade and resurface with roadbase over 130 acres for the Vestas Towers facility in Pueblo, where this international wind turbine manufacturer now has plenty of room to expand. In collaboration with the Vestas team, IHC Scott proposed value-engineered cost-savings measures to substantially reduce overall project costs and making the operation more efficient.
