We are excited to announce that W.W. Clyde & Co. Project Superintendent Bryan Ady received the Outstanding Safety Management Award at the 2015 Clyde Interchange Event this past week. Bryan Ady – Outstanding Safety Management 2014
Throughout his career at W.W. Clyde & Co. Bryan Ady has been a great example and promoter of maintaining safety measures to protect our people on our jobs. He is a consistent voice in presenting ideas of ways to do things differently to improve overall safety.
In his role overseeing asphalt paving, Bryan has maintained a zero recordable incident record with over 100,000 man hours worked under his supervision in the last three years.
Above all, Bryan makes his people a priority. And that means job safety always comes first. Dustin Olson says that, “More than any manager I’ve ever interacted with, Bryan treats his team like family.” The environment he creates in meetings and on job sites is completely focused on watching out for one another. The loyalty he has created amongst his team is beyond typical teamwork.
Congratulations to Bryan Ady for his accomplishments. We are proud to have him on our team.
