Layton Canal Relocation

This project consisted of the installation of 8,550 feet of 54-inch fused HDPE pipe, 1,650 feet of 48-inch fused HDPE pipe, 1,530 feet of 60-inch steel casing installed by both open trench as well as jack and bore methods. It also included connection into the existing concrete pipe at upstream and downstream project limits, 3 turnout services consisting of piping, valves, meters, miscellaneous fittings, electrical work, connecting into existing turnout services, air vents and drains, grading and surface restoration of construction areas, and removal and replacement of Syracuse City utilities.
