Dustin Olson, President of WW Clyde, has been honored as one of Utah Business’s CXO of the Year recipients for 2023. This prestigious award recognizes the visionaries and game-changers in the C-suite, and Dustin’s impressive achievements have secured him a place among Utah’s top business leaders.
“For me, being successful as president means truly connecting with the people around me,” Dustin said. “Running a business at the forefront of innovation is more than worrying about the almighty dollar; it requires building relationships and understanding the human element that drives it forward. The selection process for this year’s honorees involved a panel of judges carefully chosen to evaluate the candidates. The panel included Jason Sabin, CTO of DigiCert; Nathan Anderson, EVP & COO of Mountain America Credit Union; Conley Hamilton, board member at Ivy City Co; and Ryan King, CFO of Thread Wallets.
Dustin’s journey at WW Clyde began as an intern, where his strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task impressed his colleagues. As he advanced within the company, he recognized his success was a reflection of the hard work and support from those around him. His ability to lead and inspire others earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues, ultimately leading to his appointment as president.
